Shipping & Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days within the United States.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–10 business days.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control.
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of order size, weight, or delivery location within the United States.
This flat rate will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bestlilly.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged. We will work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
