You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this window by contacting our support team at support@bestlilly.com.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

- Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Request is made within 30 days of delivery
- Item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

- Item has been worn, washed, or altered
- Tags have been removed
- Item shows signs of use, stains, or damage caused by the customer
- Return request is made after 30 days of delivery
- Item was marked as Final Sale at time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your item:

Email us at support@bestlilly.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note: The original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bestlilly.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our approval notice, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
