All payments are charged in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is in a different currency, your financial institution may apply a foreign transaction fee. Bestlilly is not responsible for any such fees.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or contact your bank for assistance before placing a new order.

Failed or Declined Payments

Refunds to Your Payment Method
Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
