Bestlilly respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes all claims of infringement seriously. This page explains how to report a claim and how we handle it.

Our Commitment to Intellectual Property
Bestlilly is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. All content published on our website — including product images, text, logos, graphics, and design elements — is either owned by Bestlilly or used with appropriate authorization.
We do not knowingly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated on our website, we encourage you to notify us promptly using the process described below.

How to Submit a Claim
To submit an intellectual property claim, please send a written notice to our team at support@bestlilly.com with the subject line “Intellectual Property Claim”. Your notice must include all of the following:

Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.

A clear description of the intellectual property you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers, certificates, or proof of ownership where applicable.

The specific URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing content is located.

A statement explaining how the content infringes your intellectual property rights.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Your physical or electronic signature.

How We Handle Your Claim
Upon receipt of a valid and complete intellectual property claim, Bestlilly will:
- Acknowledge your claim within 3–5 business days
- Conduct an internal review of the reported content
- Remove or disable access to the content if the claim is found to be valid
- Notify the relevant party that the content has been taken down
- Keep you informed of the outcome of our review
We aim to resolve all valid IP claims within 10 business days of receiving a complete and properly submitted notice. Complex or disputed claims may take longer.

Bestlilly’s Intellectual Property
All content on the Bestlilly website — including but not limited to our brand name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, graphics, and overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bestlilly and is protected under applicable US copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, display, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Bestlilly’s intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Permitted uses include sharing product links, referencing our brand name accurately in editorial contexts, and personal non-commercial use. All other uses require explicit written permission from Bestlilly.

Warning: False or Fraudulent Claims
Submitting a false, misleading, or fraudulent intellectual property claim is a serious matter. Under applicable US law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees incurred by Bestlilly.
Please ensure your claim is accurate, complete, and made in good faith before submitting. We reserve the right to take legal action against parties who submit abusive or bad-faith claims.
