Cancel / Change Order

Need to make a change? Act quickly — once your order enters processing, changes become limited. Here’s everything you need to know.

Time is critical

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. To cancel or modify your order, you must contact us before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same day.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To do so, contact us immediately at support@bestlilly.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order – [Order Number]”.

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Changing Your Order

If you need to modify your order — such as updating your shipping address, changing the size or color of an item, or adjusting the quantity — please contact us as soon as possible at support@bestlilly.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched. The following changes may be possible:

Shipping address update

Possible if the order has not yet shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.

Item size or color change

Possible if the order is still in the processing stage and the requested variant is in stock.

Adding items to an existing order

We are unable to add items to an order that has already been placed. Please place a new order separately.

Changes after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you are still protected by our 30-day return policy.

Once you receive your order, simply contact us at support@bestlilly.com to initiate a return if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
